What Wives Wear Link Up #12 – Striped Maxi Skirt with Neon

Welcome to another week of What Wives Wear! Has anyone started shopping for the Fall yet? My daughter will be in Kindergarten next year, so I had to buy her a ton of uniform clothes. I am not sure how she is going to like being in a uniform,. 😉 I haven’t started any Fall shopping for myself yet…  Usually I hit up the outlet mall (J. Crew, Banana Republic and The Gap) to find some of the latest trends. Today I am sharing another summer look, a neon sleeveless top with a navy blue/white striped maxi skirt.

I wore this outfit last Saturday for Saturday evening church and then I went out with a couple of girlfriends for dinner. It was such a comfy outfit!

I added the neon yellow and mint earrings, they went perfectly with my yellow shirt and mint mini bauble necklace.

I just got back from Destin, so I am definitely sporting a tan in these pictures! Here is a closeup of the mint bracelets I wore and my MK watch.

I could have worn this neon yellow shirt out for a more casual look, but I liked how clean it looked tucked in.

I am wearing some sandals from Target (last year) and they have a stripe of neon yellow on the back, you can sort of see this in this shot.

I really love the mint accents with this outfit… for some reason, mint goes really, really with with the yellow, white and navy. I was going to wear a navy necklace with this outfit, but the mini mint bauble necklace looks much nicer.

The sandals I am wearing from Target have navy and white stripes on the bottom, so perfect for this outfit.
