I hope you all had a lovely Mother’s Day! Today I thought I would share what I wore this Mother’s Day for brunch at a winery. The forecast was calling for torrential rain, but we lucked out with blue skies and gorgeous temps. We did get a pop storm in right when the hubs was trying to cut the grass later that evening, though. 😉
Today I am sharing lace and scalloped shorts for my look. The scalloped shorts were a must have item for me and I purchased them from Shop Pumps and Push Ups. They were shipped the same exact day, talk about great service! I am planning to take these with me on my upcoming Disney trip. I purchased the lace top from Forever 21 over a year ago and it has held up nicely. It has a gorgeous tie on the back that I forgot to share in these photos. The embellished wedge sandals I purchased last year on clearance from Charming Charlie.
My husband and the kids surprised me with these beautiful flowers for Mother’s Day. I am so blessed. And, hey… they match my outfit! 😉
I’ve also been wanting a druzy necklace, but I didn’t want to spend $50 on one. I saw someone post a photo of this druzy bar on Instagram and when I saw the price, I emailed my husband right away and told him I had to have it for Mother’s Day. 🙂 I love to get jewelry as gifts! Be sure to check out @LaurensLittleLuxuries, this necklace was only $18 + $4 to ship! I really want to add more stones to my jewelry collection, they are so hot right now.

My pick from last week is Erica from Pumps and Push Ups. As you can tell from my outfit for today, I am crushing on scalloped edges right now. I may just need to make another purchase from their shop, because the back of this blouse and the color is too hard not to resist. The simple geometric pattern on the skirt and the neutral stilletos compliment the ‘party’ on the back of the tank nicely.
