Today, Jill and I are both sharing our necklaces from Happiness Boutique!
Stop by Jill’s blog (HERE) to see her necklace up close.
When Happiness Boutique contacted me and asked me to select a statement necklace to share on my blog, I was beyond thrilled. I have been wanting a statement necklace with clear baubles, so that I could wear it with almost anything in my wardrobe. I chose their Glam and Glitter statement necklace, featuring a flower design and antique gold necklace chain.
Here is a closer view of the necklace, as you can see it is just gorgeous against my black dress.
Happiness Boutique wants its customers to feel good about the jewelry they are buying. The people over at Happiness Boutique want to be a source of inspiration for positive and authentic women; a place to make women not only look good, but also feel good. They believe happiness is contagious. When their customer is happy, it makes their work more enjoyable and rewarding!
Now, a little bit about this black dress. 🙂 I purchased this black leather-lined dress from Banana Republic Outlet a couple of months ago when Brian and I did our outlet shopping/winery day date. It was on clearance for only $20 and was $99 originally. I tried it on and really loved it, but I wasn’t sure if I needed another black dress (I already had 3. Eek.) Well, Brian saw it on my in the dressing room, because he was in there trying on some clothes and insisted I get it. So, I did… and, I love it and I don’t regret my decision. Plus, I love that its still a tasteful dress, even with the leather… I will get a lot of wear out of it and I just so happen to love black dresses. 🙂
I decided to pair it with gold jewelry and a neon yellow clutch… because, everyone knows that yellow always looks great with black!

Guest Co-Host:
Jennie from A Pocketful of Polka Dots is our co-host this week. Jennie is the mom of four boys, a dog owner to one spoiled Pomeranian, enjoys baking bread, reading, thunderstorms and of course, FASHION! Be sure to stop by her blog to say hello! She also hosts a weekly link up called Charming Friday on (obviously) Fridays!
We will each select a Top Two every week… visit both hosts blogs to see if YOU were chosen.
My pick this week is Karen from Lady in Violet. She is wearing an eyelet dress with a bright floral pattern on it. The bright floral print on this white eyelet dress is so pretty on her!
