Today I am sharing my recipe for Fancy Caprese Bruschetta Apps with ingredients that you can keep stocked in the fridge for any parties that happen to pop up. This also makes a great appetizer for a BBQ at home or if you are having a few friends over for drinks and laughs out on the porch.

How to Make Fancy Caprese Bruschetta Apps
This appetizer is really easy and you can even leave the toppings in little bowls and your guests can make their own crackers and use the toppings they prefer!
For the crackers, I shopped at my local Walmart and found a display of the RITZ Original Fresh Stacks and Ultimate Butter Fresh Stacks near the Crackers aisle. I picked up a box of each variety, since I was eager to try the RITZ Ultimate Butter Fresh Stacks.
I decided to use the RITZ Original Fresh Stacks for this recipe. You will need cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls (the mini ones) and either basil leaves or a basil paste. You can also top the cracker with a tiny splash of balsamic dressing.
First, you’ll need a plain cracker to start as the bottom layer.
Then, spread the basil paste on the cracker or layer one basil leaf on the bottom of the cracker.
Top the basil paste/leaf with a few of the chopped cherry tomatoes.
Add a few of the mozzarella pieces.
Drizzle with a little bit of balsamic dressing and you have yourself some attractive and tasty crackers!
For my guests, I wanted to leave out the toppings and then I could easily cover them with saran wrap when the party was over. They make a great snack for the next day!
