How to Make Sweet & Savory Peanut Butter, Pretzel & Chocolate Chip Cookies
International Delight® Coffee Creamers aren’t just delicious in coffee, I love to add them to some of our favorite recipes, such as these Sweet & Savory Peanut Butter, Pretzel & Chocolate Chip Cookies. The creamer adds a delicious peanut butter taste and makes the cookies soft and gooey in the center!

I went to my local Walmart to shop for the International Delight® REESE’S® Peanut Butter Cup product I needed for my recipe. I also picked up the International Delight® HERSHEY’S® Chocolate Caramel to enjoy with my coffee. There is also an International Delight® Almond Joy™ flavor available. You can also pick up the other ingredients for your recipe while at Walmart.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp. of Salt
1/4 Tsp. of Baking Soda
1/2 Cup of Softened Butter
1/2 Cup of Light Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup of Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon of International Delight® REESE’S® Peanut Butter Cup
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter Chips
1/2 Cup of Pretzels, Crushed
Sea Salt
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt together.
In a large bowl, use a mixer to beat the butter and sugars together. Slowly add the egg, International Delight® REESE’S® Peanut Butter Cup creamer and vanilla extract.
Add the flour mixture and continue to mix. Slowly stir in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chip, and crushed preztels. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Layer cookie sheets with parchment paper. Take a cookie scooper to form round balls of dough.
Sprinkle cookie dough balls with sea salt. Bake for 10 minutes. These cookies will not spread a lot, so don’t leave them in the oven too long hoping they’ll spread out more. After you remove them from the oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes.
