Hi everyone! Today is the FIRST day that my kiddos are back in school ALL day. It’s going to be a long and quiet day while I think about them while they’re in school. I know I’ll be excited to pick them up to find out about their first day of 4th and 7th grade. 

 

I was inspired for this outfit by one of Nora’s recent posts. Nora runs a blog and boutique called Jacket Society and she shared a post where she styled a striped button down shirt with a blush vest. I was swooning over this outfit and knew I could recreate it with pieces from my own closet. I’ve also been getting a little bored with summer clothes as we approach the fall and I was excited to add an extra layer with this vest. I added my AE denim instead of shorts, because sometimes a girl has to have a day off from shaving in the summer, right? 🙂
