In the blog world, I have been hearing all about brownie covered oreos. I decided to try this simple (and DELICIOUS!) recipe for a food day at work, and WOW… simple and delicious! Basically, all you need is a package of oreos and a brownie mix. Don’t forget to get all of the extra components that are needed for the brownie mix (oil, eggs, etc.)
Prepare the brownie mix, and then dip the oreo cookie into the brownie mix
Spray a muffin pan really well, and then place the oreo in a slot after dipping. See? Easy-peasy!
Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes, and then… As soon as you remove, take a plastic knife and run along edges (this is VERY important so you get the cookie out so brownie doesn’t stick to the pain.) Let them cool, but you definitely need to try one while its still warm! YUMMMM!!! These are SO addictive. The oreo turns almost cake like inside the brownie. YUM, YUM, YUMMMMM!!!
