I have always wanted to go on a Riverboat Cruise at night (I also want to try the Kimmswick Riverboat cruise sometime), and this weekend I finally got to go!
This is a boat similar to the one we went on…
While we were waiting to board, we got to see some helicopter tours take off!
I should have taken a picture of the inside of the boat… but, once we boarded they had our salads on the table along with Pasta House rolls! Then, we were served the filet and stuffed chicken with potatoes and asparagus (we got the upgraded meal), and chocolate cake with coffee for dessert. Yum! Once we were done eating, we got to go on top to look at the beautiful riverfront and glistening arch.
Of course, I was missing my babies last night, but this train that came down the Eads Bridge reminded me of Nathan and how much he would have loved to have seen it! So, I took these pictures to share with Nathan… a diesel train at night on a bridge! Doesn’t get more cooler then that!
The moon and more of the riverfront. Such a fun evening!
