Last weekend, I got all of my Halloween decorations out and had a great time decorating the house. I also went shopping on Main Street in St. Charles and added some new decorations to my collection!
Nathan’s favorite is this Frog Farts jar from 1897. I asked him what he thought frog farts smelled like, and he said they probably smell gross. However, when he smelled the jar, he said, “They smell good, Mom!” The jar actually smells like cinnamon and inside it is a battery operated tea light.
These triangular banners (not sure what they are really called) are so popular right now… and, I am crafty, but I have been planning a wedding so I decided, oh why not break down and just buy one! Love my BOO! banner!

Close up of the top two shelves. I LOVE my Spider Pumpkin! It is a kit I bought at Pottery Barn and I bought the fake pumpkin at Michaels. I also have a Dalmation Doggy kit.
And, we still need to work on our Halloween ornaments for our Halloween tree! Every year we do a new ornament… this year I am thinking pumpkins made out of beads and pipe cleaners!
