I haven’t shared a recipe in awhile… so, I thought I would share a recipe I made for Jeff and Tracy’s Halloween party we went to on Sunday (more on the party to come!)… we had just gone apple picking at Eckerts, so I wanted to make something that would include our delicious Fuji apples. I looked at my Pinterest recipes, and found this delicious caramel apple dip recipe. It was SO easy to whip up, and so delicious!
Caramel Apple Dip
2 (8 oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened or whipped cream cheese (if you are in a rush)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) carton caramel ipd
1 cup Heath Bit ‘O Brickle Toffee Bits
Apple slices
Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread evenly on platter or large plate. Spread caramel dip evenly over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with toffee bits. Serve with apple slices.
*To keep apples from browning, spritz with a little lemon juice.
