It’s Trendy Tot time once again with Mrs In Training, Lindsay and Megan! It has been really hectic around here, October always gets to be SO busy. I had something going on after work every day last week. Then we had evening plans EVERY night during the weekend, so I decided to cancel our Sunday plans (Cubscout hay ride). Putting the kids to bed after 8:30pm (or later!) is not my cup of tea, especially not several nights in a row!
We did make it to Boo at the Zoo on Friday night with a large group of people from the kids school and we went to a nice little outdoorsy potluck at Brian’s brother’s house on Saturday night… so, I think that was PLENTY! Both nights the kids fell asleep on the way home and we tucked them in asleep still! Thankfully, Sunday night we opted out of the hay ride and did a movie night at home instead… we were all tired, so it was a good idea to relax on the couch with a little Imo’s pizza and Goonies!
So, what do I have for Trendy Tot this week? Autumn is in love with dolls lately … On Saturday I had her dressed up cute and caught her in action with her dolls. It is so fun to watch her play, to hear her talk to her dolls (or, she makes up little conversations between the dolls)… Her dolls have tea, they get sick and she plays doctor… lately, she LOVES to play school and she is always the teacher to all of her dolls. It is just so cute. Love this age. Love it!
So… I’ll leave you with some photos I snatched of her last Saturday. I am just in love with this girly girl!
Her outfit is from ON, with a polka dot chambray top with gold polka dots and kelly green skinnies. Rainbow shoes from New Balance. I just ordered her a gold leather bow from Etsy and I cannot wait to see how it compliments the gold in this shirt.
