Autumn’s first watch class was the week before Halloween and I have now just finally found time to blog about it. Whew! October was a BUSY month! Autumn takes a ballet, tap and tumbling class for an hour every week and it is behind a closed door, so twice a year they invite the parents in the larger dance room to watch and see what they have been up to.
Autumn’s class was huge last year! This year there is five girls in her class and the class starts at 5pm instead of last years class that started at 6:20pm. I leave work earlier then I normally do, but I feel it is beneficial to have her in an earlier class to where we can still eat dinner and have family time after class. She seems to have more energy at this time, too and I haven’t heard that she doesn’t want to go to dance once (knock on wood)… last year she cried a lot about now wanting to go. I almost didn’t put her in this year, but I was glad I did…
Autumn got to be the leader during this class, she really enjoyed that.
Laying on mats and pumping their legs up and down like butterflies. This was just so cute.
Changing shoes… I love how quickly they change their shoes so that they can get their hand stamped.
And, if you really want to see some cuteness, here is one of the 200 videos I took of Autumn during her show class. She is just precious. I love her to pieces!
