I can’t believe we are on our 28th week of What Wives Wear! Today I am sharing a huge oversized knit cardi in a muted rose color. This is one thick cardi and it will keep you quite toasty! I am wearing a blue chambray shirt with a scarf in blues and polka dots. Then, my favorite part of this outfit… lots and lots of ‘hints’ of leopard print.
This outfit is cozy and warm… we will be getting temps in the thirties here in St. Louis all week, after a 70 degree day on Monday. I could see myself wearing this outfit, under a big blanket on the couch with a cup of hot tea. I have been all over hot tea lately, especially Bigelow’s Caramel Vanilla flavor. I am looking to try some other flavors, any suggestions?
You can’t really see in the last photo what sort of shoes I am sporting, but look! Leopard kicks! I got these at Gap Outlet and I have found so many fun ways to mix and match them with my outfits. My favorite, was when the Cards were in the playoffs, I wore them with jeans and a Cards tee! Perfect, right? If I wanted to dress this outfit up more, I would have wore my leopard flats or brown boots.
Did you notice I am wearing a leopard print belt, too? It went perfectly with this outfit… I just love my leopard print skinny belt. Now, I just need a leopard print scarf… can you believe I don’t have one yet?! I also think that by adding the skinny belt, it slims the outfit down a bit… because, this cardi is pretty bulky!

So, does anyone know when the pumpkin spice latte #PSL goes away? After Thanksgiving? I just tried it for the first time a few weeks ago and I can’t get enough of it!
I decided to flat iron my hair for these photos… I usually flat iron my hair once a week, but I have been lazy lately… so, it has been curly a lot. I really need to try/figure out this whole dry shampoo thing, so that I could flat iron and enjoy it for a couple of days. I don’t know why I am dragging my feet on trying it. I drag my feet on a lot of things, though… just ask Brian 🙂
Notice something missing? My wedding rings! I was putting lotion on my legs and forgot to put them back on… Boo! I really like the leopard print bracelet I am wearing here, it is a LITTLE big on my tiny wrists, but I still love it. You’ll also see the jamberry wraps I am wearing, the set is Carmen Ombre.
