Nat-and-Aut
Several weeks ago… during a brief period in-between all the sickness we had in December, we made it to the Gardenland Express at the Missouri Botanical Garden. We take the kids here every year to see the electric trains, plants, flowers and trees and they always enjoy it. It is always hard to get a decent photo in here of the kids without them being washed out, especially if the sun is shining through the glass ceiling.

I hope we continue this tradition as a family for many more years to come! I do miss the years when Nathan was smaller and he was in LOVE with electric trains… we still have a couple of electric train tables set up downstairs from when he was crushing on them.

This week I actually have a couple of photos I took of our dinners, I am going to try to be better about taking some photos each week. I always like Meal Plans better when I can see a photo and I would rather provide one of my own, so you can see what it looks like in my kitchen.

Sunday – Dinner Out
We are celebrating Brian’s 40th birthday at a nice steak place. His boss gave us a gift card for Christmas, so we’re going to splurge!

Tuesday – Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Rosemary Thyme Vegetables, recipe HERE

I need to make a recipe with ‘thyme’ in it, because I received a jar of thyme for free from Influenster… so, I thought… I haven’t made a pork tenderloin in awhile, why not try this fairly simple recipe? I tried it and this recipe is SO darn easy AND good! I could eat this everyday! lol! Autumn loved the seasoned potatoes, she told me she wants this for dinner on her next birthday… so, it must be a winner?!

Wednesday – Frozen Pizza
Autumn has dance, so it is frozen pizza night! Easy peasy!

Thursday – One Pot Tortellini and Sausage in a Cheesy Tomato Cream Sauce, recipe HERE

This is another new recipe I am trying out, love that it cooks up all in one pot! We finished ALL of this, it was so darn good. I will definitely be making this dish again!!

Friday – Dinner Out
I believer we are going out to a movie with some of Brian’s friends at the Five Star, so dinner will be at the theater tonight!

Saturday – Dinner Out
We might use a gift card we got for Christmas and go out to dinner tonight.
