For this last week of What Wives Wear, Sherri and I are sharing our Valentine outfits! My husband and I actually went out for Valentine’s Day TWO weeks ago, so I have been waiting to share this outfit for awhile. It was the only time we could go out to celebrate sans kids before the day and let me tell ya… the Melting Pot is SO much cheaper prior to Valentine’s Day! Now… on Valentine’s weekend we have a fun little mini-vacation with the kids, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that we are all well for it. We have had A LOT of sickness flowing throw this family in the last week and two months! SO tired of germs!
For this outfit I am wearing a lace top dress from Express that my husband bought for me awhile back. No, he doesn’t normally buy dresses for me, but he saw me looking everywhere for this dress online one night… and decided to find it for me! I decided to pair it with traditional Valentine colors such as pink and purple. The purples are in my necklace, bracelet, clutch and tights. To add some pink, I added a gorgeous lace scarf with pom poms and I also have a touch of pink in one of my bracelets. I am also wearing my new 360 pearl earrings from Baublebar. Another favorite part of this outfit is my pleated leather pumps with a bow on the front.
