Motivational Monday Link Up Party – 3/01/15

I hope you all had a great weekend! It is March 1st and we got several inches of snow last night. I am really read for Spring and I hope I see my daffodils popping up from the ground soon. This weekend Brian and I went out to dinner Friday evening and enjoyed a nice meal in front of the fireplace at the restaurant. Then, Saturday I was up EARLY and with two other moms, picked up all of our GIRL SCOUT cookies!! It has been quite an experience being the Cookie Manager and all… Almost like a holiday in itself. Saturday evening I got to see Fifty Shades of Grey… I did read the books and I actually really enjoyed the movie! Sunday we had church and it was Third Grade Sunday, so Nathan was a greeter. Tonight I plan to catch up on blogging and I need to get a long run in for my half marathon #7 that I am training for…



I hope y’all had a good weekend. Tomorrow after I drop the kids off at school I am taking my first ever SPIN class. I am a little nervous… but, thanks to #ClassPass I get to pick whatever workout I want to try from several gyms for free! It will be nice to get in some different workouts besides just running for my half… later this week I am trying a barre class… I usually only run, so I hope I can handle these classes and I don’t look like an idiot in them! 😉

Easter Egg Embroidery Hoop Wreath
The reason I chose Maggie from Polka Dots in the Country as my feature today, is because I love embroidery hoop craft projects. She decided to make an Easter egg wreath with hers and I just think this is such a cute and original idea for Easter. I also love the bow, how she mixed patterns the the initial on it.
