So, what does Milk Life mean?
It means living to your fullest, every day and drinking milk to to help enable the best you.
Milk Life has decided to bring 31 Milk Life challenges to YOU from May 11 through June 10 on their social media channels. Each challenge lasts 24 hours and they hope to inspire you to wring just a little more out of each day – to be your very best in every way. To really “Milk Life” and live in the moment. I participated in one of these challenges (which I will share below) and I encourage you to participate in some of them!

Our family loves to explore different parks once the weather starts to get nice. Here we are at a local sculpture park in St. Louis. Drinking milk helps us have energy to keep going throughout every hour of the day, even into the evening. This is what it is like to ‘Milk Life’!
We brought a picnic basket, frisbee and football.
After the kids were tired of throwing around the frisbee and football, they were able to explore the sculpture throughout the park.
And, you can’t beat an incredible sunset.
