Welcome back to our DIY/Craft Link Up Party! We are trying to get back into school mode here and it is hard! Hope your weekend is treating you well and I can’t wait to see your projects for this week!
Here are a couple of photos from the first day of school. I never have time the morning of the first day to take decent photos, otherwise I would probably make a sign. However, a mom in Autumn’s class had a sign and she let us borrow it. 🙂 Nathan is in fourth grade and not many parents came in the room on the first day. I think those days are almost over (insert big ugly cry). Not sure how my kids are getting so big… I felt like they were babies FOREVER and then… bam! They’re all grown up… well, more grown up then I’d like. 😉 It is kind of scary and a little depressing… yet, I am so proud of them and who they have become! Wow!
Since school was a half day, we met up with some other moms at a pizza/arcade place called Happy Joe’s. It was a lot of fun (and I spent $30 on arcade games, eek!). This weekend Autumn had ANOTHER birthday party (3 weeks in a row!) for a friend at school at BounceU. I love when parties are at BounceU, because it is just 1 minute from our house… so convenient!
Here is this weeks Meal Plan:
Meal Plan Week 74
We haven’t ordered pizza in awhile and this sounds perfect!
This is always easy and fun.
The kids are starting cross country and Nathan will have karate later this evening, so this will be a quick and easy dinner. I know that puts pizza on the menu twice this week, but who cares? 😉
I haven’t made this in awhile, but it is a really good and easy recipe for a chicken pot pie.
Autumn has an ALL day Daisy camp that I will be at with her, so there is no way I am cooking on this evening.
Check out what my fellow bloggers have been up to and don’t forget to check out my feature for this week as well.

Shabby Chic Floral Garland
Kendra from Joy in Our Home shared a beautiful shabby chic floral garland hung against a windowpane during our party last week. The colors she used remind me of fall, which will be here in the blink of an eye!
Now hop over to all the other cohost’s blogs and see what caught their eye this week. You just might be featured there too! Don’t forget to grab this button if you’ve been featured.
Now it’s your turn to join in on the fun and link up your recent craft, DIY, or home posts so get ready to motivate others and be inspired! Don’t forget, if you want a chance to be featured next week to follow all of the hosts above!
