Welcome back to our DIY/Craft Link Up Party! This was a busy week with a trip to the apple orchard with Autumn’s class, more painting (her headboard, which was NOT fun), planting mums and dinner at a new place with Brian.
Here are some photos from this week:
We picked Jonathan and Golden Delicious apples! That Jonathan apple is almost as big as Aut’s head! I also had to take a photo of my latest fall Jam-mani and my bag of apples! Stay tuned for an apple-themed drink and an apple dessert on the blog SOON.
Brian and I enjoy trying new restaurant and old favorites for date nights. We decided to try out Edgewild, a restaurant close to Brian’s work this weekend. It is a winery, but minus the vineyard… it is in a mall parking lot. The room we were in had the most gorgeous sunset while we dined, so beautiful! We have been getting cheese & fruit trays lately for apps, it is kind of our addiction right now. The cheese on the upper right was a bleu Gouda cheese, it was SO good! I def. recommend this winery, it even has a little chocolate counter near the entrance. Yum!

Glitter Plank Board Sign Tutorial
Jessica at The Organized Mama shared this gold glitzy plank board sign last week. What makes me even more excited about it is that she used her Silhouette machine to make it. She also has some adorable Halloween themed signs in orange/black glitter with ‘Trick’ or ‘Treat’. Such a cute idea, she really needs to open an Etsy shop for these!
