By meal planning each week, you will save money not buying items you already have, you won’t eat out as much and you’ll enjoy quality time cooking and dining with the family.
This is a close up of our meal plan for this week. I normally give myself a break and don’t meal plan on the weekend. Under shopping list I will type in what we will need when I make my grocery list. It is blank right now, because I have already run to the store for the groceries for these meals.
