The Creative Corner Link Up Party & Weekly Recap – 08/07/16

We went to the zoo last Thursday… it was stinking HOT. The kids were playing in every single mister fan that we went past! We rode the rain (got to ride in the very first cart), saw the sea lion show, the polar bear, etc. Was a fun morning!



They were cleaning the red panda’s habitat and he actually woke up from sleeping (he’s always sleeping in the tree when we see him). I got this cute photo of him with his tongue hanging out. We also got to see the polar bear, he’s been at the St. Louis Zoo for a year.



On Sunday we took the kids on little dates by themselves. For a Mommy and Son date, I took Nathan to Pole Position and he got to race two times. Brian took Autumn to the Magic House, the toy store and Dairy Queen (SPOILED!!). The ball that Brian and Autumn are touching generates static electricity that is supposed to make your hand stand on end.
