Today I am styling my last piece from SheIn’s new Amazon store, MakeMeChic! This is such a comfortable maxi dress and as you’ll see below, it even has POCKETS! It has a nice loose fit. I do think the added pockets make my body look a little boxy and it doesn’t accent my waist… BUT, I think if you wanted to dress this maxi up more, you could cinch the waist in with a belt. 🙂 Since it is almost Valentine’s Day, I added a lavender-colored tassel necklace, pink mani, metallic flats and a lace headband (see the DIY here).
The maxi dress is short sleeved, but I added my green utility jacket as a layer to stay warm. I also tied the maxi dress in a knot by my ankles (although, in some of the photos it came undone and you can see the length). We are starting to get some warmer days here in St. Louis (60-70’s!) mixed in with some frigid weather. Spring is definitely just around the corner!
