Happy Thursday everyone! Sorry I have been a little short on posts this week (and lately), but I’ve been trying to work on some other components to this blog besides just churning out blog posts. It’s been nice to get caught up on my Blogging To-Do List (yes, I have one- are you surprised?!) before the busy, busy, busy (!!) of Spring kicks in!
Today I’m sharing a beautiful fuchsia colored dress that I may wear to a wedding that Brian is a best man in this April. OR, I may just go out and buy something new. I drive myself crazy! 😉 I decided to style it down a bit with a denim jacket and gold flats. The dress has a really pretty neckline with cut outs that I usually flaunt, but I wanted to style it differently with layered necklaces this time. I really love the pops of blue (jacket, bracelet and necklace) and gold with the pinkish-purple color.
My husband and I went out for fondue the Saturday before Valentine’s Day and I wore this outfit for photos that morning and then changed into something comfortable afterwards. WELL, it was time to leave for dinner and I landed up staying in my comfortable clothes and not putting this dress back on! The restaurant is pretty laid back, so I didn’t need to dress up and the top and denim outfit I had on was comfortable yet, chic… so, I was ok. Does anyone else do that? My husband didn’t care either way, in fact he probably was glad he didn’t have to dress up, too! lol! 😉 Anyway, the food was delicious and we had a great time! I y’all had a great Valentine’s Day!
