I don’t know about you, but a week before we go on vacation I start to have anxiety and I worry about our family getting sick. On my son’s first birthday, we were on vacation and he got the stomach bug and then I got the stomach bug. It ruined our entire trip! My son is now 10 and I STILL start to worry before and even during our vacation that we’ll get sick! This summer we have a couple of vacations planned and I’ve come up with Five Ways to Keep Your Family Healthy Before Vacation Season and one way is by taking Hyperbiotics!
5 Ways to Keep Your Family Healthy Before Vacation Season
Tip One – Add Hyperbiotics Pro-Kids to Kids Daily Care Routine
You have probably heard about Hyperbiotics and how they are helping so many live happier, healthier lives by protecting and nurturing their gut health. Even our favorite store, Target carries Hyperbiotics!
Even better, Hyperbiotics has a blend for kids called Pro-Kids. Your child will take a tiny pearl tablet with water or you can even have them eat it in a little bite of food, such as a piece of a muffin. It’s the smallest pearl tablet on the market, so it is easy for kids to swallow. It is recommended for ages 4 and up. The time-released formula helps it survive harsh stomach acids. My kids love them and the tangy orange flavor!
Tip Two – Drink More Water
Drinking water is a good or you and it also helps prevent you from getting sick! If you can’t do 8 glasses a day, drink as much as you can. I like to draw 8 check boxes on my to-do list everyday and I check them off while I drink each glass!
Tip Three – Sleep More
Try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every day for a week leading up to your vacation. This will also help your body get more on a ‘schedule’, therefore you’ll be tired and ready for bed when it’s time to hit the pillow. When you don’t get enough sleep and your body is exhausted, you double your risk for catching nasty infections and keeping them for longer. When you’re body is in a deep sleep, it is working on reducing your risk for inflamation and illness.
Tip Four – Build in Down Time
It’s important to step away from your devices and to dim the lights and enjoy some quiet time every so often. During the summer, my kids want to go, go, go 24/7, but every day we take an hour (sometimes longer) to have quiet time. They can listen to calming music, read a book or do a craft. I also find that it’s best if I join them in the quiet time, instead of trying to anxiously get tasks done around the house. This reduces your bodies fight or flight response and and lowers your stress levels.
Tip Five – Routinely Wipe Down Your Phone and Computer Keyboard
This should be obvious, but something some of us are too busy to remember to do! I keep a jar of individual alcohol wipes in our kitchen and I get a packet out a couple of times a day, when I know I need to be extra careful about keeping my electronics clean! If I’m sick, I don’t want my child to get on my phone and contact what I have. These viruses can be spread to the eyes, nose and mouth… so, don’t forget to clean your devices! And, try as hard as you can to not touch your face! Just don’t do it.
Hyperbiotics is the world’s most effective probiotic supplements and comes at an affordable price! In the photo above, you’ll see that Hyperbiotics offer different types depending on your needs.
Hyperbiotics have SO many benefits, that I can’t believe I didn’t start taking them sooner. They encourage better digestive health and can improve energy and clarity. You don’t even need to refrigerate them, because they use a patented manufacturing process called LiveBac® that enables them to guarantee the viability of their formulas for 18 months after the date of manufacture.
