How to Make Choco-Toast Berry Slab Pie
Now I’ll share how to make this delicious breakfast and/or snack option, which is perfect for these busy and hot summer months! It is deliciously refreshing!
First, you’ll want to swing by your local Walmart to pick up a box of Eggo Choco-Toast Chocolatey Chip for the recipe. These are delicious in this recipe I’m sharing and also delicious by themselves. They are packed with flavor. No syrup needed!
I also picked up a box of Kellogg’s® Eggo® Cinna-Toast™ Cinnamon Roll. I love that there are several Eggo waffles flavors available and you can create recipes on-the-go, which is so convenient!
What you’ll need:
4-6 Eggo Choco-Toast Chocolatey Chip
8 oz package of whipped cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup of blueberries and sliced strawberries
1/2 cup of strawberry glaze
In a bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, sugar and milk together.
Mix strawberry glaze into the fruit. Toast your Eggo Choco-Toast Chocolatey Chip.
Cut each Eggo Choco-Toast Chocolatey Chip in half and spread with the cream cheese mixture. Then, top with the strawberry glazed fruit.
Serve immediately and refrigerate leftovers.
