Thursday Fashion Files Link Up #138 – Staying Cozy: Belted Scarf & OTK Boots

What I’m Wearing:

After much searching, I finally found the perfect pair of OTK black boots from RoseGal! I have been wanting a pair with a low heel and that would fit comfortably and stay up all day! I was looking at pairs of OTK boots in the price range of $150-$500, but this pair was under $60! I was worried about the quality, but they have held up wonderfully so far and I am very pleased with them. You’ll also see that I am wearing my grey fringe scarf from my FabFitFun box again, but this time with the wrap belt that I also received in the same box! This outfit is so cozy, that on some winter days I could wear this alone without a coat! (Plus, the weather has been really mild so far this winter!).
