How to Make Dairy Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Overnight Oats
These Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Overnight Oats are so easy to prepare and you’ll have breakfast ready for you in the morning!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup + 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Tablespoon Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter and brown sugar. Add 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt and mix again. Finally, stir in the mini chocolate chips.
Split this cookie dough mixture between two cups. I use a small spatula to spread it out evenly on the bottom.
Then, add a 1/4 cup of the Greek yogurt on top of each cookie dough layer.
In a small bowl stir together the oats, cinnamon and milk.
Divide this mixture between the two jars and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, you can enjoy this cold, or I prefer warming it up in the microwave!
