I haven’t ordered a Stitch Fix box since last June and I was really excited to receive it. This was Stitch Fix Box #10 for me! This box had some really cute items, but a lot of them were similar to items that I had already in my closet or just an item I wouldn’t get a lot of wear from. I’ve included my thoughts below.
I landed up keeping this floral top, because I love the ruffle detail on the sleeves and I don’t have a lot of orange/yellow in my closet! This was the only item I kept from the box, but I usually only allow myself to keep one item… or two, if I REALLY love the items that they sent me. Stitch Fix is a little pricey, so I do it more for fun and to find something really original and on trend. Occasionally, I’ll ask them to send me functional/basic item if I’m looking for something that is a little more high-end than whats in my closet.
This was my ABSOLUTE favorite item when I pulled it out of the box. I love the chambray color and the embroidered floral sleeves. However, I have quite a few OTS tops and dresses in my closet right now and I don’t know if I want to add anymore. They’re not the most comfortable of tops to wear and I usually only wear them when I’m going out for a few hours, a girls night, date night, etc. SO, I decided not to keep this item, even though it was really cute. Plus, I just got a chambray dress last summer in the same hue with embroidery on the front (plus, it is OTS), so… I felt this would be too similar to it!
I didn’t keep this gingham top, even though it is really, really cute and I love the little ruffle detail on the back. When I got my Stitch Fix box last summer, I purchased a sleeveless blue/white gingham top that is similar to this one. I also don’t really like the tie on it.
As for these shorts, I thought I’d love them… but, they’re just OK. For the price tag, I thought I could find some similar ones at ON for half the price.
I asked for them to send me a dress, but this wasn’t what I had hoped to receive. I really wanted a fun maxi dress or something more for a night at the winery. The material on this dress is more on the heavy/thick side and it just was a little more formal than what I was hoping for… I could see myself in this at the office or church. So, I sent it back.

My Pick from Last Week’s Party:
My pick from last week’s party is Nora from Jacket Society. I actually LOVED the ruffle button down top on the left SO much that I purchased it. I can’t wait to style it on the blog soon! 🙂
