Keep Your PreTeens and Teens Healthy is written in partnership with Rainbow Light®
The Fall is here and the weather is starting to get colder, we’ll be having less daylight and be indoors a lot more. My preteen will be busy this fall preparing for testing for his black belt. I want to keep him healthy and feeling his best and I know I can do that with Rainbow Light® multivitamins. They are filled with vital immune-boosting nutrients that are needed by growing pre-teens and teens. These will help support him during this cold and flu season.
Today I’m going to share with you some information about why we love Rainbow Light® multivitamins in our household and also my son’s favorite infused water recipes. Drinking lots and lots of water is so important and infused water gives you the added benefits of antioxidants that are in fruits, vegetables and herbs.
I love that Rainbow Light® also offers multivitamins for the entire family. Each vitamin and gummy provides nutritional support specifically formulated for your entire family. Make sure to add this line of multivitamins to your fall essentials this year!

The Gummy Vitamin C slices are so delicious, easy to chew and not hard. They’re shaped like little orange slices. My son loves to takes these to boost up his Vitamin C intake during cold and flu season. They’re also great to take if you start to feel a cold coming on.
Now that my son is a pre-teen, he can do a lot more on his own or with my guidance. He loves to drink water and enjoys cutting up fruit to add into the water. As you’ll see in this photo, he knows to take his vitamins in the morning with lots of water.
Infused water is so easy to make and we usually do combinations of two to make it easy. On this particular day, he made himself a strawberry and mint infused water and he made me a watermelon and basil water drink! And, the infused water is perfect to flush your Rainbow Light® vitamins down with!
Rainbow Light® was kind enough to send us these infused water bottles. Just add everything to the little bowl on the top and shake periodically or you can just add the fruit, vegetables and herbs directly into your water. My son just LOVES his water bottle and he fills it every morning when he gets ready to take his Rainbow Light® Active Health Teen Multivitamin.
