What’s in the January Box
The theme for the January box is Winter Wellness and it couldn’t come at a better time. After going full speed during the holidays, it is important to give the body a little extra rest and these recipes in this box will help you focus, support your body’s natural processes and refresh you. Plus, they’re all quick and easy and toxin-free.

The Diffuser Blend this month is Meditation Diffuser Blend with Ho Wood and Lemon. This blend will deepen meditation and promote mental clarity. I just received THIS essential oils diffuser for Christmas (it comes in several different colors) and I love its compact size and neutral color. It worked nicely at diffusing this Meditation blend throughout the room in my home.
Circulation Boost Body Butter
I love a good body butter, especially to put on my skin after I get out of the shower. I decided to try the Circulation Boost Body Butter, which smelled amazing while I was whipping it up and I love how you can control the consistency of it with your electric mixer.
In a double boiler melt the coconut oil and beeswax together. Once the mixture has melted, remove from heat and add avocado oil, the essential oils and stir until combined. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes then place it in the refrigerator until mixture solidifies.
Using an electric mixture, whisk the mixture until stiff peaks form or until desired consistency. The body butter is SO smooth after this process!
Place the body butter in a sealable container. I used a Pyrex glass container with a lid. This body butter goes on nice and evenly and smells good all day long! I will be making this recipe again.
Relax & Detox Foot Bath
I’m all about bath and body products, so the next recipe I tried was the Relax & Detox Foot Bath. This recipe was really easy to whip together in no time.
In a small bowl, mix essential oils and fractionated coconut oil together. Add salt and stir until oil is evenly incorporated. Store in a sealable container.
To use, add 1/4 cup of the recipe to a foot bath. Fill the rest of your foot bath tub up with warm water. Relax, and let the bath do its work to detoxify and promote circulation.
