The Diffuser Blend this month is Spring Day Diffuser Blend. This blend will make your home smell like you’re outside smelling the blossoming flowers and fresh green grass of Spring. I just received THIS essential oils diffuser recently (it comes in several different colors) and I love its compact size and neutral color. It worked nicely at diffusing this Spring Day Diffuser Blend throughout the room in my home.
Recipe #1: Complexion Face Serum
This Complexion Face Serum will make your skin feel fresh and vibrant.
Fill a 1 oz container with almond oil to where the bottle curves and add the Good Vibes Tangerine and Marjoram essential oils. Shake well to mix. This serum can go on your face after you wash it. Apply a nickel-sized amount to face using your fingers. For a deep oil treatment, wet a soft cloth with warm water and place i over your face. Allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Recipe 2: Balance Bath Soak
I always enjoy taking a nice relaxing bath once every couple of weeks after the bathroom is cleaned. It is so relaxing and I usually enjoy an iced tea, light a candle or two and enjoy reading while I relax. This Balance Bath Soak will definitely relax you with the soothing essential oils and fragrant lavender buds included in this box.
To make this recipe, you’ll mix the Good Vibes and Ladies’ Choice essential oils with fractionated coconut oil. Place 2 cups of Epsom Salt in a sealable container and add the oil mixture to the salt and stir until thoroughly mixed. Add the lavender buds and stir again. If you’re worried about the lavender buds not going down the drain, you can grind them in a coffee grinder. Once it is time for your bath, add a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of mixture to the tub as its filling. Soak in the Balance Bath for 10-15 minutes to maximize benefits.
