August seemed like the LONGEST month to me, even with it being my birthday month. I think with everything going on with Covid, the kids returning to in person school (and my worries about that) and then getting thrown into an extra busy season (with a new school for Nathan!) after a 22 week hiatus (with them home since Spring break) really threw us into a busy, busy schedule again. I’m wiped! However, I am excited about September, cooler temps and a new season with a fresh start…
I always switch to darker floral prints once we hit the fall and this beautiful black floral knotted hem top from PinkBlush checks all the boxes for a perfect Fall top. I don’t have a lot of ‘colored’ jeans, but I think of this olive pair as more of a ‘neutral’ color and it picks up some of the olive tones of the leaves in this floral print. Then, I added a few pops of color that matched the flowers in the print with my blush flats and a berry colored clutch.
