Today I’m sharing this adorable Falling Snow Sweater from Old Ranch (a sister brand of Aventura) and how I styled it for a dressy holiday look! Whenever I think of glammed up holiday outfits, I think of sparkles, tulle, metallics, velvet, leather (or a mix of all of these!) and heels. I have had this metallic pleated skirt in burgundy for a long, long time! The holidays are my favorite time to pull it out of the closet and although I’m wearing it with heels here, I’ve also worn it with sneaks (see post HERE)! This pleated skirt works with bodysuits, tucked in tees AND for this holiday look I’ve tucked this Falling Snow Sweater into it. Then, I added a pair of heels, a velvet headband and beaded bow earrings to finish off this adorable holiday look.
The Falling Snow Sweater has a fun snowflake motif. It is made with a blend of cotton and viscose paired together to create unparalleled comfort, breathability, feather lightness, and silky drapability. It has a quarter zip neck, with a ribbed knit finish, to keep extra cozy during this cold winter season.
We shot these photos at one of my new favorite places to visit by our house. There is this park called Bee Tree and there is this old Eugene Nims mansion there. It overlooks the river and has a lot of amazing angles for photos. We shot our Christmas card photos here, which I’ll be sharing on Christmas Day. I can’t wait to shoot photos here in the Spring once we start to get some beautiful flowers and it gets a little green again!
