Happy Thursday, friends! Are you in holiday mode yet? I’ve spent all week decorating our house for the holidays. I treated myself to a Starbucks hot cocoa on one of the days, because it is just SO much work to decorate. It is just delightful to sit and enjoy the twinkle lights, Christmas tree and decor after it is finished. Have you decorated yet? Today I’m excited to share a few outfits with you that are all about Embroidery and Velvet for the Holidays from Caine & Kyla. I’ve worked with Caite & Kyla in the past, but it has been awhile… so I was delighted when they reached out to me for another collab. I hope you’ll enjoy these 3 outfits and that they’ll give you a little inspiration for your own upcoming holidays looks.
All pieces by Caite & Kyla are handcrafted in India under fair and ethical working conditions and the artisans create one-of-a-kind prints with original embroidery designs. There are three different clothing lines, such as in Caite, you will find more of our knits, tee shirts, jackets and sweaters with an emphasis on embroidery. The Kyla Seo line is their biggest and most vast line, which includes wovens, shirtings, plaids, linens and blouses. This line also carries our tencel styles, comfort line and velvet. Lastly, the Love Kyla line includes several different print collections.

The first look features the Marin Pants in the Kyla Sea line. These velvet pants have a flare hem and an elastic waist. Since these pants have a flare on the bottom, a fitted top looks so cute on top! I wore my plaid holiday top and added a velvet headband and sparkly clutch along with my black stilettos (I’m getting a red pair soon, which would be even cuter for this look!!). These velvet pants are SO cozy and I know I’ll be wearing them all winter long!!

Next up, we have the Julia Blouse, which I just adore! It is a short sleeve, velvet shirt featuring beautiful tonal embroidered details. Since it is short sleeved, I wore a fitted black top underneath it and then added a green corduroy skirt, black tights and black wedge boots. This is such a cute holiday outfit, it is a little dressy yet a little casual. The Julia Blouse is cozy AND warm, plus it is such a fun statement piece for your wardrobe for the holidays with the bold embroidery and red color.

Jamila Top (Kyla Seo)

For the last look, I’m sharing their Jamila Top, which is full on embroidery with a beautiful henna color (it reminds me of a soft berry color). I styled this top with a pair of jeans (rolled at the cuff), lug sole zip up boots and a black hat. This look works for the late fall and winter and is casual yet lots of fun with all the accessory details.
