The Roasted Purpose {Coffee + Protein & Ambassador Brand Photoshoot)

Well, can you believe it? Thanksgiving is this Thursday! I wanted to squeeze in this post early this week, because I’m so excited to finally share my Ambassador Brand Photoshoot with The Roasted Purpose. J Whitmore was the photographer for our shoot and she was also the photographer that did my branding photos for my blog back in August (see that post HERE). It was hard to select which photos to share on here, but I promise I did cut them down to my absolute favorites.

As you know, I love a good cup of coffee to start my day or as a pick me up in the afternoon. Joanna, the owner and founder of The Roasted Purpose invited me to do a brand ambassador shoot back in October and of course I said, “YES!”. It was such a fun experience, especially since Joanna is extremely laid back and I had already worked with Jenna, the photographer for my own brand photos back in August. I finally have the photos to share with you and I’m excited with how they turned out! The Roasted Purpose, is a clean coffee that has 18 grams of protein in it and no sugar. It’s also dairy free. I was able to select a couple of different outfits, so I went with a dressier look and then a more casual look. The photoshoot was a lot of fun and I devoured the two cups of coffee I had during it. I was able to try the Horchata Flavor for the first time at the shoot and it is my new absolute favorite! The Roasted Purpose does a flavor of the month and for December it is Gingerbread Cookie!

The Roasted Purpose can be purchased in either a bulk bag with a scooper or smaller individual packets. The coffee can be prepared hot or iced and the best way to prepare it is to blend it in a bullet/Ninja/blender with 8 oz of water. This will activate the cashews in it and make it creamy and frothy. You’ll see some photos of it blended below, the owner says she carries her portable blender with her everywhere, so she can always enjoy her 2:00 p.m. cup!

I always struggle getting enough protein in my diet and it is important that I get it, especially since I’m doing speed workouts each week and I’m training for my third long distance run for this year. Protein will help you to stay full longer and each cup of this clean coffee has 18 grams of it! You’ll see that this coffee has no sugar (it is flavored with Organic Monk Fruit) and no saturated fat.
