Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas/holidays and enjoyed a little time off from the hectic pace that we always see in the blog world! We went out for a nice dinner on Christmas Eve, enjoyed homemade cinnamon rolls & mimosas on Christmas Day and the day after we hosted a turkey with all of the fixings for my family. It was a great time and it was nice and relaxing! Today I have two blog posts for you, I hope you’ll stop by both!
I’m all about velvet this season and I’ve been wanting a pair of blue velvet shoes! Well, when I saw THIS pair on Light in the Box and the price tag, I knew I had to have them! Of course… I also saw this velvet top with the cute tie on it and I knew it’d go great with the boots! Plus, the velvet top is so sparkly, it really could work for a New Year’s party. After having such a warm winter, we finally have FRIGID cold temps and we also had a white Christmas! I decided to pair these two velvet pieces with my white skinny pants and I love how they all look together. White pants definitely work all year-round, which is just lovely!
