Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheeseball Recipe for Game Day
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1/2 Cup Butter (Softened)
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- A Sleeve of Chocolate Chip Cookies, Crushed
- 1/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- White Icing
In a mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until mixed thoroughly.
Add powdered sugar and brown sugar and continue to mix until combined.
Mix in crushed chocolate chip cookies (set aside 1/2 cup to cover cheeseball with) and mini chocolate chips.
Line a bowl with plastic wrap and add the chocolate chip mixture inside. Wrap plastic wrap around chocolate chip mixture and freeze for 30-45 minutes.
Remove plastic wrap and shape cheeseball into a football shape. Then, pipe white icing on top to resemble the laces you’d see on a football.
Add all of your sweet dippers, such as strawberries, bananas, gingersnaps and graham crackers.
