Flavorful Yet Healthy Mediterranean Bean Salad
Now let me share with you this tasty recipe for a Mediterranean Bean Salad. You can also find a recipe card at the bottom of this post.
Ingredients:
1 Can S&W Kidney Beans, Rinsed
1 Can of Quartered Artichoke Hearts, Drained
1 Crate of Halved Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Shredded Italian Five Cheese Blend
1/2 Cup Pitted Black Olives
1/2 of a Diced Red Onion
1/3 Cup of a Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
Mix all of the ingredients together, leaving the vinaigrette dressing for last.
Before serving, stir in the vinaigrette dressing.
Serve on individual plates. This salad stays fresh for several days when sealed in a container in the refrigerator. I serve it as a side dish, but you can add chicken strips or tuna to it for a complete meal. Nobody does beans better than S&W Beans and choosy cooks know it. S&W Beans make every dish look great!

Ingredients
- 1 Can S&W Kidney Beans, Rinsed
