I went to the St. Louis Zoo with Mom and the kids today and we had a lot of fun. Nathan wanted to ride the train first, of course, and of course he noticed there were a lot of different engines. A blue engine that was too crowded that we didn’t get to ride on, a maroon engine that we did ride on that was named Lewis and Clark, and we saw one other train and the color has slipped my brain. :o)
We went in the insectarium and Nathan was in love with all of the bugs. Yuck! Yuck! YUCK!
Autumn’s favorite was the goats, especially since there was two baby goats that were only 6 weeks old.
There is so much to see at the St. Louis Zoo, that there is no way you could see everything in one day. After the train, insectarium and Childrens Zoo, we headed out for a late lunch.
