I love to make cookies more then any other dessert. Its not my favorite dessert, just my favorite to make… :o)- I have made this recipe one other time, and had been craving it just recently. I have a coworker that is having a 30th birthday, so I made some to bring into work tomorrow for her. Yum! Here are the ingredients, except I forgot to throw the salt in the picture. Whoops!
Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and set aside
Two sticks of butter in this cookie recipe. Yum!
Beat together butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla, beating well. Blend in bananas. Add dry ingredients, blending well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets, about 2″ apart. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Final result. Yes, yes. That’s my plate. They’re good!
