Hey everyone! Happy Election Day!!! I know it isn’t even Thanksgiving yet, but I have had holiday clothes on the brain. December is JUST next month and if you are planning to do your holiday clothes shopping online, you really should get started! For the holidays, I wear reds, greens, plaid and even some metallics, such as gold/silver. This year, I would like to incorporate some color with light jackets to jazz up a lace turtleneck top or to add a pop of color and an added layer of warmth. I’ve seen a lot of faux leather leggings being worn under these layers and it just adds a nice shine to the otherwise dull black leggings.

I wanted to include some dressy looks in this wish list post. I always tend to go on the simple side with a dress and then I will accessorize it to add a little glam to it. The red trim on the first dress adds a touch of holiday glam if you don’t want an all red dress this holiday season. Velvet is big and I adore this dark green velvet dress. This dress could be dressed up or down and I love the versatility of that. The last one is a flare midi skirt with stripes in a pop of red. This would look elegant paired with a simple white or black blouse, some heels and a statement necklace.
