I’ve been REALLY into smoothies lately, especially during my 21 day sugar detox when I had to find sweet items around the house from fruit instead of added sugars, which are typically in sweetened drinks, processed/baked foods, etc. I found this Creamy Apple Pie Smoothie recipe in my FASTer Way to Fat Loss meal plan, which is something they offer to their members as part of their plan each week!
I loved this smoothie SO much, that I thought I’d share it with all of you, since apples seem to be in an abundance right now AND we could all use a break from the Halloween candy and enjoy a delicious smoothie drink that will fuel our body and give it what it truly needs.
Creamy Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 Peeled and Chopped Apple (For a distinct apple flavor, use a tart variety of apple like a Granny Smith or a Mcintosh)
- 1/2 Frozen Sliced Banana
- 4 Ice Cubes
- 2 Tablespoons Oats
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
- 3/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (Most local grocers have unsweetened almond milk, you just have to look for it!)
Optional: 1 Serving Collagen Powder (Not shown)

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
