Before Covid, I used to be pretty regular with my Trader Joe’s finds posts, but I haven’t done one of these posts in quite some time. Last week I went into Trader Joe’s and found a lot of fun items that were new to me. One item that I ALWAYS adore in the Spring is Trader Joe’s tulips and hydrangeas. Give me all the blooms!
Trader Joe’s produce is starting to look DEE-licious friends! Another reason to love the Spring! I believe I’ve seen these gooseberries in the past, but I’ve never purchased them. I was looking for some seasonal fruits/veggies for a charcuterie board and I decided to give these a try!
Like I said… YES, YES, YES to all of the delicious fruits and veggies in the Spring. I thought the Many Colors Cauliflower and Carrots were SO cute! You know how they say to eat the colors in the rainbow, well Trader Joe’s has you set!
I grabbed this delicious looking Sangria Tomato Medley mix for my charcuterie board. Yum!
It seems that Trader Joe’s enjoys coming up with new cold pressed blends every now and then. This Cold Pressed Cucumber Avocado Smoothie looks SO refreshing!
When I make myself an iced coffee at home, the way that I flavor it without much sugar is by adding 1-2 tablespoons of a flavored creamer. I’m excited to try their Blueberry Lavender flavored Almond Beverage in my coffee!
One recipe that is my go-to for most gatherings is a Strawberry Spinach Salad with a Homemade Poppy Seed Dressing. Hmmm, do you think this Trader Joe’s version would be better/similar to the homemade dressing I make? I need to put it to the test.
This Vegan Mayo spread is SO exciting, friends!! It is A LOT healthier than the regular kind with a lot less saturated fat! So, even if you’re not vegan, you may want to check it out for that reason alone.
This Artichoke Antipasto looks DELICIOUS!!! I’m not sure what I’d add it to… maybe just dip some french bread in it? But, yum!
I saw these Oat Chocolate Bars all over the store. Yum!
Ok, I will not lie. It has been a few months since I had gone into a Trader Joe’s and the MAIN reason for the visit this time was to get this DELICIOUS Caramel Washed Gouda Cheese for my charcuterie board. I saw them advertise it on their Instagram page and that is ALL it took. Gouda is my absolute favorite cheese… I won’t mention that I also like provel cheese on my pizza. #heyimfromstl
Green goddess anything is my fave! This Green Goddess Seasoning Sprinkle would be so good on a sammie or avocado toast.
Ok, so I am not a huge fish eater. I mainly just eat lobster, shrimp and scallops. But, when I saw this buttery salmon combo, I thought I’d share it!
Outside-In Stuffed Gnocchi. Ummm, yes!! I bought this and I need to figure out how I plan to prepare it. I always seem to buy Trader Joe’s frozen gnocchi and then by the time it comes to prepare it, I’m scratching my head on what to do with it. A sauce? A little olive oil and fresh herbs? Hmmm? How do you prepare yours? Let me know!
Ok, and I have seen Trader Joe’s advertising their new Retinol Night Serum (SUCH A GOOD PRICE!). I am a little overstocked on night serum right now, but I almost grabbed one to try it out. If you happen to try it, let me know what you think of it. I have been pleasantly pleased with any Trader Joe’s beauty product that I’ve used in the past.
And, for a little fun… here is my cart!
