I was gifted a Consori air fryer several months ago and it has been my favorite kitchen gadget! It makes cooking side dishes, vegetables, seafood and even pizzas so easy! Lately, I’ve been really into making air fryer naan pizzas! These are SO easy and stress free… you’ll have dinner done in minutes!!
The best part is that you can mix and match whatever ingredients you want on these and then everyone in your household is happy. I love to make mine with a little olive olive and then I pile on the veggies… SO good! You can find whole wheat naan or even petite sized naan at the store, which makes it easy to customize these for your families needs.
Naan typically comes in a package of 2 and I’ll share with you what ingredients I used for this vegetarian naan pizza.
Vegetarian Naan Pizza Ingredients
2 Pack of Naan
Olive Oil
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Halved Cherry Tomatoes
Sliced Mushrooms
Shredded Spinach
Shredded Basil
Quartered Marinated Artichoke Hearts
Vegetarian Naan Pizza Directions
Preheat your air fryer at 390.
Brush olive oil on both sides of naan bread
Put the naan bread in the air fryer (without the toppings) and cook for 3 minutes on 390.
Flip naan bread over, add toppings and cook another 2~ minutes on 390 (keep an eye on it, sometimes it will cook quicker than this!).
Once done, slice into 4 pieces or in half and ENJOY!
First, you’ll want to lightly brush olive oil on your naan bread on both sides.
I recently found out about these Air Fryer Liners and they are a LIFESAVER for clean up. This dish isn’t terribly messy, but it does have a little mess to it.

Once it is done, flip over the naan bread and add your toppings on top. It is then ready to cook for 2~ minutes on 390 (keep an eye on it, sometimes it will cook quicker than this!). I have a ‘pizza rack’ accessory that I bought in a jumbo air fryer accessory pack and I love it for these small personal sized pizzas.
We usually cut the pizza into 4 pieces or in half, serve with a cold glass of amber ale and ENJOY!
