I always get excited when it is May, because it is strawberry season here in St. Louis! We are planning to take the kids to the strawberry fields to pick some strawberries this weekend and I can’t wait! Every May, I like to try out a few strawberry recipes. Today I am sharing with you a Strawberry Pretzel Mini Pie recipe that is EFFORTLESS, quick to prep, a healthier dessert option and it only has 5 ingredients! It is as easy as pie to prepare!
We like to grill on Fridays a lot and I made these for our family last Friday and we devoured them! They were that good and I’ll definitely be making them again soon!
And, the clean up after dinner was easy! I just threw the empty pie tins in the recycle bin after we were done!

First, you’ll need to visit your local Walmart to pick up the ingredients to make these pies. First, I stopped in the produce department to pick up a crate of strawberries.
Then, I headed over to the Baking aisle to get the Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6-count).
In the cooler section in the Chilled Dessert, I found the Dannon® Light & Fit® Strawberry Cheesecake Greek Yogurt.
I also picked up some Reddi-wip® in the 13 oz. size and a bag of pretzels.
Once I got home, I put all of the ingredients in one spot, so that I could get ready to make the Strawberry Pretzel Mini Pies. As you can see in the photo above, this is a simple 5 ingredient recipe and it requires NO baking!
Unwrap your Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust and set them aside.
Get a large bowl and empty two containers of the Dannon® Light & Fit® Strawberry Cheesecake Greek Yogurt into it.
Cut up enough strawberries to fill a cup and pour them on top of the yogurt.
With a food processor, chop up 2 cups of pretzels. You will probably not use all of these, but you can bag them up to use later if you wish.
Pour 2 tablespoons of the crushed pretzels on top of the yogurt and strawberries and mix in. Reserve the rest of the pretzels to add as a topping to the pies at the end.
Take a spoon and spoon the mixture into the Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust until each one is full. You should be able to fill 4 of them, you can double the recipe to fill more.
Then top the pie with a little dollop of Reddi-wip® and add a pretzel on top and you’re done!
These Strawberry Pretzel Mini Pies are great if you’re looking for a quick dessert idea for your family BBQ or any other gathering this spring.
