I was excited when Truvani reached out to me for a collaboration and I received several of their protein powder travel packets. I’ve been using their protein powder for about 4 years now, so I was excited to be able to share their products on here. Today I’m sharing their Truvani Matcha Protein Powder blended into a delicious Creamy Strawberry Matcha Protein Smoothie. This smoothie tastes great, the protein will leave you full and it has nutritious chia seeds, spinach and berries in it!
Creamy Strawberry Matcha Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop of Truvani Matcha Protein
- 1.5 Cups of Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup of Coconut Water
- 1 Cup of Spinach
- 3/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Yogurt
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
Truvani has a lot of other protein flavors available. I typically buy their protein powder by the bag with the scooper, but these individual packets for on-the-go are handy too (especially for upcoming trips or to pack to take to the office!). My favorite flavors are their Chocolate and Banana Cinnamon.
Their protein powder is vegan, comes in 8 colors (and sometimes seasonal flavors!), contains only certified organic ingredients, is an easy way to get enough protein, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, non-GMO, not chalky or grainy like other protein powders and tastes like a dessert. Really!! Sweetened with monk fruit, which I prefer over stevia. It is also tested for heavy metals, which has been an issue with a lot of protein powders on the news. This is the BEST protein powder I’ve ever used and I typically drink it with just cold water each day.
