The Creative Corner Link Up Party & Weekly Recap – 06/04/17

Weekly Recap:


On Memorial Day we went to the Greek Festival! Brian and I went a couple of years ago, but this year we took the kids with us and they really enjoyed the food, too! It was a fun way to spend the day and our bellies were happy! I also enjoyed the live music and dancing.



This was our first FULL week of summer vacation. I took the kids over to the new library for the Library Reading Club kick off. They got snow cones and Nathan climbed the rock wall and rang the bell!


 
Autumn and I went to go see her classmates ballgame one evening this week, too! It was a fun ‘mom and daughter’ night out! Then this weekend, Brian and I went to Vin de Set to celebrate our second dating anniversary! We had our first date on my thirteenth birthday on a riverboat on the Mississippi with his parents along. We then reconnected many years later and had our second date at Vin de Set! Vin de Set is a French restaurant with rooftop dining, I love coming here every summer for dinner!



We had a lovely evening, the food was delicious and we had a great view of the arch in the distance. Hope you had a wonderful week and weekend, too!
