So, I usually have Brian take my outfit photos on the weekend. However, since I wanted to share this watch with all of you today… I decided to venture into unknown territory. That territory involved me, a Canon DSLR and a tripod. Oy. It was… a little challenging. Plus, it was really cold outside and it is hard to change settings on a camera when your fingers are numb. I really might ask for a camera remote for a stocking stuffer this Christmas. BUT, regardless, I got some decent photos and I can share this wonderful outfit I pulled together to go with the Daniel Wellington watch.
The watch I selected was the Classic Oxford Lady with the navy and red striped NATO strap. What is great about DW watches is that you can switch out the straps from a NATO strap (and there are a lot of color choices!) to a leather strap. You can get the watch in silver, but since I love gold… I went with a rose gold face. After wearing the watch all day (no, I did not take it off after the outfit photos), I found that the NATO strap is really soft and I can type on my MacBook Pro without scratching it. When I wear my other metal watch, I have to take it off when I type, because it isn’t comfortable and would scratch my laptop.

I think everyone needs to own a white and navy striped shirt… it goes with almost anything. I have one in short sleeves, too. This striped shirt and the olive green skinnies I have on are both from H&M. I decided to wear my denim jacket with the sleeves rolled up to show the tiny little buttons that are on the sleeves of my striped shirt. I added a red necklace, earrings, bracelet and lip color to add a little pop of red… the boots I am wearing are from Gap Outlet.
