Last Wednesday we saw both Nathan and Autumn perform in their Christmas play at school. I forgot to bring my big camera so I took photos with my iPhone and they turned out fairly well. The play had children from the 2 year old class, Preschool, Kindergarten and 1st and 2nd grade. The second grade class got to design the cover for the booklets for the play and here is Nathan’s design. Gotta love those hands. 🙂
Here is Autumn and her class singing at the beginning of the play
Nathan’s class singing.
Nathan wanted to have a solo part in the play this year and here is a photo of him during his narration part.
Autumn’s class had another song, she is wearing a chicken hat in this song so I had to take a picture (of course!).
We really enjoyed the play, they had a big screen up with staged photos (it was called Christmas Snapshot!) of the kids preparing for Jesus to be born. I wanted to get a photo of the kids by the Christmas tree in the church like I did last year, but we were just too tired to go back upstairs after the play. The week leading up to Christmas is always so busy!
Thank you for following along with my little blog this year and a Merry Christmas to you! And Happy Birthday, Jesus!
