Weekly Recap:
On Monday, the kids got to experience the Solar Eclipse at school. Of course, I went up there to experience it with them. Nathan just thought it was the coolest thing ever. I think it made Autumn a little nervous, but she enjoyed it.
These are a couple of the photos I took during the total eclipse. It got so dark out that the street light turned on, as you can see from the above photo.
The kids are both in cross country again this year. We’ve been doing cross country since Nathan was in 1st grade. We almost weren’t going to do it this year, because the kids are pretty busy with karate and dance. We actually stopped doing scouts, to cut back on some of the activities. Cross country is over quickly, so I hope we manage until the end of September! On Friday, Autumn got to perform a cheer dance at Busch Stadium and then we saw the Cardinals game afterwards. She did so, so good! I was a proud mom!
